Exercise Rucksack is the
name given to the annual British Army, Inter Service & British
National Nordic Ski Championships. This includes both biathlon and
cross-country skiing and attracts many of Europe’s top Nordic
skiers.
Working with the
Army’s HQ Land Command and the Director of PR, we are responsible
for the meticulous planning and logistics of the event. The timely
and accurate provision of results is provided by our IT division,
which designed and programmed the user's special requirements.
The
Championships are held in the world class German National Biathlon
Centre of Ruhpolding in Bavaria. SportsMark has an unrivalled
knowledge of the area and for the past 5 years we have been the
prime contractor for all Event Management and support services.
